In addition to the Board’s assessment, through the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, the Board of Directors regularly monitors and evaluates its effectiveness in the performance of its duties as well as that of the committees that it has established.<\/p>\n

To date, this assessment is collective of the Board of Directors as a Company body and the committees that the Board has set up in the previous period. The Chairman presides over this evaluation, and the results are discussed at a Board meeting; the Chairman is responsible for taking measures to address the weaknesses resulting from the evaluation.<\/p>\n

Adopting a self-assessment of the functioning of the Board for 2019 and then evaluating its performance by an external consultant for the year 2020 is considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
