View <a href=\"http:\/\/sustainabilityreport2016.helpe.gr\/userfiles\/6ffd2fe2-e2bc-4741-906d-a48900e96f28\/symmetoxes%20gr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">more<\/a><\/p>\n<p>HELPE considers its active participation in the following organizations as part of its strategy for sustainable development:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Environmental and Sustainability Organizations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CONCAWE (scientific section of the European Refineries Organization FuelsEurope)<\/li>\n<li>the HFE\u2019s Council for Sustainable Development<\/li>\n<li>the HFE\u2019s Committees on HSE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Industry Organizations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FuelsEurope<\/li>\n<li>Hellenic Association of Chemical Industries (participates in the BoD)<\/li>\n<li>EPSC (European Process Safety Center)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Group has no additional financial participation in these organizations, apart from annual membership dues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIAXON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Is a member of the Association of Manufacturing Industries of N. Rodopi and also a member of the Association of Industries of Northern Greece.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HPCYPRUS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyprus Chamber of Commerce (KEBE), adoption is voluntary since 1954<\/li>\n<li>Cyprus Employers &amp; Industrialists Federation (OEB), the adoption was voluntary since 1960<\/li>\n<li>KODAP (Cyprus strategic stocks), obligatory professional relation since 2006.Financed through a fee imposed by Government on fuel sales.<\/li>\n<li>CYMEPA (Cyprus Marine Environment Protection Association, the adoption was voluntary since 1993<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OKTA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Industry Organizations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ZEMAK \u2013 Energy Association (Holds a position on the governance body and provides substantive funding)<\/li>\n<li>SIER (Union of Industry, Energetic and Mining) &#8211; active membership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Organizations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Council of the Institute for Accreditation (Membership is considered as strategic)<\/li>\n<li>Economic Chamber of the country (Patron member, holds a position on the governance body)<\/li>\n<li>Foreign Investors Council within the Economic Chamber (Membership and active participation in projects)<\/li>\n<li>AmCham &#8211; American Chamber of Commerce (Patron membership)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental and Sustainability Organizations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partnership for clean fuels and vehicles (Membership)<\/li>\n<li>Institute for Standardization (ISRM) (Membership &#8211; active participation in the work of the Council and the committees at the Institute)<\/li>\n<li>Council of Bureau of metrology (Membership is considered as strategic)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EKO Bulgaria<\/strong> is a member of the following organization:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bulgarian Petrol &amp; Gas association;<\/li>\n<li>Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EKO Serbia<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the founders and a member of the Association UNKS (Association of oil companies in Serbia) among other key fuel retail chains and competitors.
